ESTATE PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION
Estate planning and administration services involve planning for managing your assets while living, as well as the administration and distribution of your assets at death. We prepare Wills, Advance Directives, Powers of Attorney and Trusts to help you accomplish those goals. Upon death we assist with the probate of estates, including serving as the Personal Representative in some cases, or working with your chosen Personal Representative to have the required filings made at the Register of Wills office, and income and estate tax preparation services.

We have fifty years of tax planning and providing tax preparation services to clients. We prepare individual, partnership, corporate, trust and estate tax returns. All of our returns are carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy. Services include:
